How to setup my rewards and loyalty program?
Welcome to Super Rewards!
Super Rewards provides an easy way to get started on a rewards program for your customers. With a range of versatile reward systems at your disposal, including Points, Referrals, Gift Cards, and VIP Tiers, Super Rewards allows you to design a comprehensive and engaging rewards program tailored to your business.
Homepage
This is the Super Rewards Homepage where you monitor your New Members, number of Rewards given, Total Referrals, and Total Points earned by the Users. You can also have quick Integration to achieve more functionality with Super Rewards. If you need any help you can live chat with us, Whatsapp us, book a Meeting or email us.
Points
You can reward your customers by setting up Points. Customers can earn points by completing different tasks and redeem those points in exchange for a discount coupon.
To activate this feature, simply navigate to the Points Status section and click on "Enable." This will enable your customers to start earning and utilizing points as part of your rewards program.
Referrals
You can also set up Referrals. Customers can invite their friends and family to your store with referrals and upon a successful invite both earn a discount coupon.
To activate this feature, simply go to the Referral status section and click on "Enable." This will enable your customers to start leveraging the power of referrals to earn rewards and spread the word about your store.
Gift Cards
You can also reward your customers with Gift Cards. Customers can earn them by completing different tasks and redeeming them by placing orders on your Shopify store.
To enable this feature, simply locate the Gift Cards status section and click on the "Enable" button. By doing so, your customers will be able to earn and utilize Gift Cards as part of your rewards program, enhancing their shopping experience and loyalty.
Please Note: You can only deploy either Points or Gift cards as rewards for your customer. However, you have the flexibility to switch between points and gift cards as per your preference.
VIP Tiers
You can also enhance your customer's experience by offering exclusive VIP tiers. Customers can unlock these tiers by reaching specific milestones or meeting certain criteria, gaining access to increased rewards, statuses, and perks.
To enable this feature, simply click on the "Enable" button in the VIP Tiers Section.
