How do Referrals Work?

Any friend that signs up using a referral gets points or a single-use discount coupon and once he/she makes their first purchase, the referrer/advocate can also get points or a single-use discount coupon.

You can customize the referral rewards settings for both referring and reffered by clicking the edit option as required.

Types of Rewards

Super Rewards offers two types of referral rewards to customers: Points and single-use discount coupons. Let's explore each of them:

Points

You have the option to reward both the referring customer and the referred friend with Points. These Points can be redeemed for various options on your store, ranging from free delivery to free products. Here's how you can configure the Points interface:

• Reward Points: Enter the number of points to be credited as a reward.

• Icon: You can either use the default icon or customize it by uploading your own icon.

• Summary: It provides a summary of the offer that the person would receive.

After making the necessary changes, remember to save your settings by clicking on the "Save" button located above the Summary section.

Discount Coupon

Super Rewards provides two options for giving discount coupons to your customers:

• Fixed amount: With this option, you can provide a specific fixed value as the coupon discount for the customer.

• Percentage: Alternatively, you can set a percentage value as the discount for the coupon to be applied to the customer's purchase.

Additionally, you have the choice to apply the coupon either to the entire order or to a specific collection of products. You can select either option based on your preferences.

Moreover, you can customize the icon associated with the coupon and receive a summary of your offer reward type. Once you have made the necessary changes, remember to save them.
