Customer Settings

Super Rewards provides the ability to modify customer settings. By navigating to the customer's section, you will find a comprehensive list of all customers and their corresponding analytics. You can manage various aspects related to your customers by clicking on the desired customer.

Here's what you can access for each customer:

BAN from Program: You have the option to ban a specific customer from your Rewards program. They won't receive any notification about the ban and will be unable to access the launcher. You can revert their access back by unbanning them from the program.

Manual Points: You can manually allocate or deduct reward points for a customer and notify them via email.

Activity: Gain valuable insights by accessing the customer's activity log.

Details: View the customer's email address.

Points: See the number of points the customer has accumulated from ordering on your store.

Gift Cards: Check the current value of any gift cards the customer possesses.

Referrals: Access the customer's referral ID and the number of completed referrals.
