Redeeming Points

Customers can redeem their points for single-use discount coupons. By default, there are 3 types of coupons to redeem:

Free Shipping

customers will get Free shipping on all orders. By default, this coupon will cost 1000 Points, but you can customize this amount by clicking Edit.

Percentage Off coupon

This coupon takes a certain percentage off either on the entire order or on products from a specific collection. By default, this coupon gives 15% off and costs 500 Points, but you can customize this amount by clicking Edit.

Customer POV Redeeming Percent off coupon (Tier Based)

Fixed amount coupon

This coupon takes a fixed amount off either on the entire order or on products from a specific collection. By default, this coupon gives 20 unit currency off and costs 100 Points, but you can customize this amount by clicking Edit.

Other Ways

In addition to the above, you can choose to provide Free product or a Gift card for certain amount of points set by the shop owner.
