Filters

Go to the Dashboard

1. Click on Customers

2. Click on Filter

3. Select a Filter you want to Apply

4. If you Select Points Balance, further select the filter within the points balance you want to drill down by

Where you have the option to search by is equal to(=) is less than (<) is greater than (>)

5. If you select VIP tier, you have the option to search by different tiers

6. If you select Status you can further search by the status of a customer, being either "is banned" or "is not banned"
