Can i add expiry period to the customer points?

It is an effective way to re-engage customers who haven't shopped in a while

Now you can add an expiration date to the points awarded. This feature will help keep customers engaged with your store.

By default, points expiry is disabled. You can enable it in the Points tab. Once enabled, you can set an expiration period ranging from 1 month to 2 years.

With points expiry, your customers will receive 2 emails as reminders to use their points.

The Reactivation mail (recommended to be 30 days before expiry) and Last Chance mail (recommended to be 7 days before expiry).

You can set the no. of days before expiry for these emails to be sent by clicking on the Edit option and setting it according to your preferences. You can also customize the email template from the Customer Emails tab.
